Sponsors

The Sponsors page lets you list the companies and individuals supporting your event. It is at /dashboard/space/<id>/event/<eventId>/sponsors. The list feeds the public event page and the post-event landing.

Add a sponsor

  1. Click Add sponsor on the sponsors page.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name of the sponsor.
    • Logo — uploaded image (PNG/SVG recommended).
    • Website URL — opens in a new tab from the public page.
    • Tier (see below).
    • Description (optional Markdown shown on the public sponsor card).
    • Display order within the tier.
  3. Save.

You can also bulk-import sponsors from a CSV when you have a long list.

Tiers

Tiers define the visual prominence of a sponsor on the public page. The default tiers are:

  • Diamond
  • Platinum
  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Bronze
  • Community partner

You can rename tiers per event if your sponsor agreement uses different terminology. Tier order on the public page follows the list above (Diamond first), and within a tier the display order field decides the left-to-right placement.

For each sponsor you can toggle:

  • Show on public event page — default on.
  • Show on the dedicated sponsors slide in agenda transitions.
  • Show on the post-event thank-you page.

You can issue Open Badges 3.0 to sponsor representatives — for example a "DevConf 2026 Sponsor" badge. Use the bulk-issue flow on Issuing badges targeting the sponsors segment.

Tips

  • Keep sponsor logos at transparent SVG or white-background PNG so they look clean on both light and dark themes.
  • Use community partner for free or in-kind partnerships rather than inflating the paid tiers.
  • Crop logos to 3:1 horizontal for the agenda transition slides; use 1:1 square for the public event page card.
