Beta access

Emblema is currently reserved for beta partners. If you do not have access yet, you can join from the Join the beta page.

1. Sign in

Emblema supports two authentication methods: Google Sign-In and magic link via email. Neither requires you to create a separate password.

Continue with Google

  1. Go to emblema.live and open the Login page.
  2. Click Continue with Google and select the Google account you want to associate with your Emblema identity.
  3. The first time you sign in, Emblema creates a user record linked to your Google identity. Your name and avatar are imported from Google by default (you can change them later from the profile editor).

If you do not use Google or prefer to sign in with a different email address, you can use the magic link flow:

  1. Go to the Login page and enter your email address in the Sign in with email field.
  2. Click Send magic link — Emblema will send a sign-in link to that address.
  3. Open the email and click the link. You will be signed in automatically, no password required.

The magic link is valid for a single use and expires after a short time. If it expires before you click it, simply request a new one from the login page.

After the first sign-in you land on the dashboard, which is the entry point for every authenticated user.

2. Complete your base profile

The base profile is what every user has, regardless of role. It includes:

  • Display name (pre-filled from Google if you signed in with Google).
  • User information (e.g Bio, Country and Social Media).

You can edit the base profile any time from /dashboard/profile.

3. Activate role profiles

A single Emblema account can host multiple role profiles. Each role unlocks a different area of the platform:

Role profileWhat it unlocksDocumentation
Participant (default)Track talks attended, collect badges, leave feedback.Participants
SpeakerPublic speaker page, talk catalog, applications, feedback.Speakers
Space managerSpaces, events, C4P, attendees, badge issuance.Space organizers
Content creatorComing soon! Access to recordings and content workflows.not yet available

You activate a role profile from the Dashboard by selecting the role you want to enable. You can have more than one active role at the same time (for example, many community members are both speakers and organizers).

Space role early-adopter

The Space role is reserved to early adopters, the access is managed by Emblema staff. If you try to create your first Space and you do not have the access assigned yet, you will receive the error "Creating a Space is currently available to early adopters only. Reach out to Emblema support if you have any questions.". Reach out to Emblema support so the access can be unlocked on your account.

4. Switch role views

Once you have multiple role profiles active, the dashboard navigation lets you switch between role views without signing out:

The colour cue is the easiest way to confirm which role view you are currently in.
