Accept the legal terms
To use Emblema you need to explicitly accept the platform's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. The acceptance is required to use authenticated features. If a new version of either document is published, you may be asked to review it and re-accept.
When you are asked to accept
After signing in for the first time, the platform redirects you to the Legal Acceptance page before you can access role features. The page shows:
- The current Privacy Policy.
- The current Terms & Conditions.
- Two checkboxes (one for each document) and a Continue button.
You can also re-open the legal documents at any time from the dedicated public pages, linked in the footer of both emblema.live and this documentation:
What happens if you do not accept
If you skip or decline the acceptance step, you can still browse the public parts of the website (home, about, learn, public speaker/event pages), but the authenticated areas remain inaccessible:
- Dashboard pages will redirect you back to Legal Acceptance page.
- API requests that require authentication will be rejected.
Next step
Continue with creating your account if you have not done so already, or jump straight to your role track: Participants, Speakers, Organizers.
