Sharing your profile
A speaker profile is only useful if you can hand it to organizers, recruiters and attendees with one tap. Emblema gives you several ways to do that.
Share your speaker page
Your speaker page lives at:
https://emblema.live/speaker/<username>
You can copy this URL anywhere — slides, social bios, business cards. From
/dashboard/speaker/profile
the Share button gives you:
- A copy URL action.
- A download QR code action — exports a PNG and an SVG version of the QR pointing to your speaker page.
- A download cover image — a pre-rendered banner with your name, photo and topics, sized for LinkedIn / X / event signage.
Share an individual talk
Every published talk has its own page at:
https://emblema.live/speaker/<username>/talk/<talkId>
From the talk detail in your dashboard you can:
- Copy the talk URL.
- Generate a talk QR code for the slide deck.
- Generate the post-talk feedback QR code (see Feedback).
Embed in slide decks
A common pattern is to add two QR codes to your first and last slide:
- First slide: QR pointing to your
/speaker/<username>page so attendees can follow you immediately. - Last slide: QR pointing to the feedback URL for that specific delivery so attendees can rate the talk before they leave.
Both QR images are downloadable from the dashboard, so you can drop them into Keynote / PowerPoint / Google Slides without any extra tooling.
Share your badges
Each Open Badge has a public verification page at
/badge/<badgeName>/<userId>. From the badge detail in your wallet you can:
- Copy the verification URL.
- Download the credential JSON for portfolios that accept Open Badge 3.0 files.
- Use the "Add to LinkedIn" action when present (LinkedIn reads the credential metadata directly).
Tips
- Use a branded short URL (e.g. via your personal domain) only when
necessary — the canonical
/speaker/<username>is already memorable and preserves Emblema metadata for SEO. - Update your cover image before each major event so the social preview matches the talk you are promoting.
- When you change your username, update every public link — old username URLs are not redirected automatically.
